Rad Relish is the creation of my 94-year-old grandmother Metis Elder Peggy Millsap. Rad Relish is not your typical Relish - we use Zucchini, a vegetable that is sustainable and overgrown in Canada. Rad Relish is so versatile, it was created in a time where food was life and there was no such thing as waste. Rad Relish will pair perfectly on your menu with any meats, or even can be utilized on its own, mix it with mayo and you have a bomb tartar sauce! Rad Relish will provide you with a taste of nostalgia as truly this recipe is one from the past that seems only to get better with time!
