SkydiveBC North has been holding First Parachute Jump courses in Northern B.C. since 1986, and the Yukon since 1994. The combined total skydiving experience of our staff is over 100 years. Since the beginning, the school has manifested over 16,000 jumpers. SkydiveBC North is affiliated with the Canadian Sport Parachuting Association who provides training, and certification for its instructors and coaches in conjunction with the Canadian National Coaching Association's National Coaching Certification Program. The Canadian Sport Parachuting Association also provides insurance, and other services to its affiliated members. Although our base of operations is in Beaverly, just 20 km west of Prince George, we also conduct courses all over the Northern half of British Columbia, Alberta and the Yukon. We hold courses annually in Smithers, Fort St. John, Fort Nelson, Grand Prairie Alberta and Carcross Yukon Territory. Our jumping season starts as early as April and lasts well into November, depending mostly on the weather.
